In a market dominated by platforms like Treatwell and Fresha — which run on commission models and keep client loyalty on the platform — Fade offers an alternative: a direct salon–client relationship, loyalty that stays with the salon, and free entry for small teams.
How Fade works
Clients open the app (iOS or Android), browse salons on an interactive map with live availability and ratings, and book in two taps — no phone calls, no waiting on DMs. When they arrive, they scan a QR code, earn points, and redeem rewards the salon defines: drinks, hair washes, discounts, or a free cut.
For salon owners, Fade offers map listing, appointment management, push reminders for clients, in-app chat, and booking analytics.
“Most salon apps solve either booking or loyalty — but not both,” says the founder of Fade. “Every stylist, no matter how small the salon, should have the same tools as a large chain.”
Why it matters for salons in Serbia
Treatwell and Fresha operate in Serbia too, but on a marketplace model: the salon appears alongside direct competitors, and client loyalty stays on the platform. Fade changes that model — the client is tied to the salon, not the app.
