Is fade free to use as a client?
Browsing salons, booking, and using core client features in the mobile app is aimed at end users without a fade subscription. Salons pay for business tools and listing plans.
How do bookings and same-day requests work?
Pick services, stylist or first available, then date and time. Same-day asks sometimes stay pending until the salon confirms; dates further out usually settle faster based on their availability.
Are loyalty points shared between salons?
No. Balances are tracked per salon. Earning and redeeming happens in context of each business's programme.
How do I redeem a loyalty reward?
Claim the reward inside fade once you have enough points, then finish redemption at the salon—often by scanning their QR on site. Manual codes still work wherever we expose them.
How does a salon get on fade?
