Points & rewards — what Fade is for
Balances are per salon. You earn and redeem in the Fade app; booking and QR check-in support that flow. Each salon runs its own programme within our terms.
How you earn
Completed appointment
+1 loyalty point when the salon marks your visit as completed — one earned credit per appointment, balance tracked per salon.
Refer a salon
+2 points at that salon when a new business joins Fade using your referral — credited when their registration completes.
QR at the salon
Check in by scanning the salon QR for your booking. To use a reward, claim it in the app first, then scan the salon QR to redeem (balance must cover the cost).
Your referral code is for salon owners to enter at registration (so you can earn points when a referred salon joins). History and redemptions live under Loyalty rewards in the app.
Redeem rewards
When you have enough points at a salon, pick a reward in the app and complete redemption with the salon (often by scanning their QR on site — same flow as in-app copy).

Per-salon loyalty points and rewards first — then map, booking, reviews, chat, and featured placement. QR check-in connects your visit to points — how points & rewards work. No client-side card checkout.
Loyalty points & rewards
The main reason to use Fade: earn points per salon when your visit completes, then redeem rewards (drinks, discounts, free services) from the Loyalty screen. Booking gets you there; QR check-in ties the visit to your balance.
Map & discovery
Hair salons and barbers on the map with distance, ratings, photos, hours, and featured markers for promoted salons.
Book & inquire
Pick services, a stylist or “any”, date and time. Same day can go as an inquiry; later slots confirm when rules allow.
Reviews
Read ratings and leave a review after a completed visit (per salon rules). Points and rewards follow salon loyalty rules in the app.
