Standard and Premium subscription tiers include monthly featured slots on the map and in the Featured list (Starter is on the map without those credits). Salons manage plans in the app.
Loyalty
Balances are per salon. You earn and redeem in the Fade app; each salon runs its own programme within our terms.
Completed appointment
+1 loyalty point when the salon marks your visit as completed — one earned credit per appointment, balance tracked per salon.
Refer a salon
+2 points at that salon when a new business joins Fade using your referral — credited when their registration completes.
QR at the salon
Check in by scanning the salon QR for your booking. To use a reward, claim it in the app first, then scan the salon QR to redeem (balance must cover the cost).
Your referral code is for salon owners to enter at registration (so you can earn points when a referred salon joins). History and redemptions live under Loyalty rewards in the app.
When you have enough points at a salon, pick a reward in the app and complete redemption with the salon (often by scanning their QR on site — same flow as in-app copy).
