By accessing or using the Fade mobile application and website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, salon owners, merchants, and contributors of content.

2. Description of Service

Fade is a platform that connects users with hair salons, enabling users to discover salons, book appointments, and manage their bookings. Salons can manage their schedules, accept bookings, and communicate with customers.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the rights of others
Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Impersonate any person or entity
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access
Use automated systems without permission
Engage in fraudulent practices

5. Bookings and Appointments

5.1 Booking Process

When you book an appointment through the Service, you enter into a contract directly with the salon. Fade acts as a platform facilitating the booking but is not a party to the contract between you and the salon.

5.2 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual salons. Please review each salon's policies before booking. Fade is not responsible for refunds or disputes between users and salons.

6. Payments

Payments for services are processed through third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment processor. Fade is not responsible for payment processing errors or issues.

All prices are displayed in the currency selected by the salon. Prices may vary and are subject to change without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FADE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
